I was charged 2x for the same order- can I cancel one of them?

Yes. If you have’t used the credits for the 2nd purchase: Go to the billing section of your dashboard and click on “cancel this order”. We will receive a notification of you request, and we will ensure that the order is cancelled or refunded. Note- purchases on hold can take up to 10 days to revert back to your payment method. Your bank determines the timing of reversing the charge

Does the site keep my c/c info on file?

No! We keep only the last digits of your card on file. All full billing information is stored on our payment processing partner which has the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Of course if you use PayPal to purchase on or site- your I.D. for P/P must be visible & attached to your account.

Because this is a Canadian Site- will I be charged in CA currency?

No! Never! We don’t allow that.

Someone unknown to me accessed my account- what do I do?

Contact Support immediately- we will then put a block on the account and have you create a new account (no charge). Your history will be transfered to the new account. We will ask you to create a new username /password. Note: often its a family member or someone you know who gained access to your device and/or your account.

Can I change my username and/or real name on file?

No- only the site Admin can change either of them, when necessary. You may request the change by contacting Support (via email or phone)

* Will I be charged if I don’t keep a session appointment ?

Considering that we use a “credit based” system- no credits will be taken for missing the apointment, now will you be charged any fee. We hope that if you do miss the appointment- you will consider contacting the Reader to reschedule.

I was banned from the site and/or chat- why ?

There are a number of reasons for this to occur, such as: You created more than 1 account (not allowed) You were abusive to one of the Readers or were argumentative to them. In the case where the Reader banned you for interaction issues- you wont be banned totally from the site- but only from being able to enter a session with that Reader (it may be a “temporary ban” {Reader’s choice}. When it involves sever abuse to the Reader, then the Reader will also ban you totally from the site (contact Support if you feel this was un-warranted.

Do you offer a “satisfaction guaranteed” policy

Yes, but only up to 3 sessions. We will issue full or partial refunds – depending on the situation. We prefer to issue credits back rather than a refund (faster & less complicated)- but the choice is always up to the client.

Are your membership packages worth it ?

We certainly think so! Considering that creating a member’s account- you will have plenty of stored credits & the cost of them will be less costly than individual purchases. Keep in mind too- unused credits roll over o the next month. Plus we give you bonus credits through out the life of your account with us.

Can I cancel my membership ?

You can cancel your membership at anytime from within your account. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged for the next month. You will continue to have access to your account & if you decide to keep the account open on a per credit purchased basis- pricing will revert back to regular pricing. Unused memebership credits will be refunded back to you (to your payment method on file- prorated).

Are membership clients required to sign {digitally) contracts ?

You will be asked to agree to our terms of service upon signing up for your new membership- so no actual cotract is required.

How long are your membership packages?

Our monthly membership packages are currently set to “on a per monthly basis”. Eventually we will offer quarterly & yearly based account Unfortunately, not. We do not issue full or partial refunds for any reason.

The chat kicked me out- how to ensure this won’t keep happening?

Follow these steps= 1} Clear your cache 2} Reboot your device 3} Turn off your virus protection before enterung the chat (turn back on once the chat session is completed successfully) 4} White list our site in your virus protection dashboard/ account 5} Run a Malware detection program ALL OF THESE MAY BE NECESSARY- START WITH #1s & 2 FIRST. If doing this 1st step fails- then move onto the other steps.

Can 2 Readers read for me at the same time in the chatroom?

We dont encourage this. We’re aware that some couples prefer to have this type of session. Its actually up to both Readers if they want to agree to this. Bear in mind, charges for this will be doubled- for obvious reasons
